Tips on Sleep Quality


     1.  You should feel comfortable with your bed. Everyone has a relative standart of comfort. For that, make your bed as comfortable as possible according to you.
     2.   According to research, the need of sleep each person is different depending on the age. Babies slept more than 15 hours a day, a child 10 hours a day, teenagers aged 18-30 years of approximately 8,5 to 9,5 hours a day, and adults 30 years or older need to sleep 8 hours a day. But, according to the author, if you sleep with full sincerity and gratitude, surrender, then even if you sleep only 5-6 hours  at night and 1 hours at afternoon, then InsyaAllah quality can be equal to the ordinary people who sleep 8-10 hours a day.      3. Every day, sleep schedule you need organized. Avoid schedules that are “sometimes”. For example, sometimes you just sleep at 08.00pm, but sometimes at 11.00pm, much less when the television show are fun, then sometimes sleep at 01.00am. If so, then the later health and quality of your life would be bad.
      4.  Avoid wathing movies that are not useful before you sleep. Cause, the nuances that will carry over into your subconscious. Carried away in your sleep, so that may be impacting on your real life. And it is very dangerous to your success.
      5.  Remember, stayed up late just to make the body tortured, because the portion of sleep is very poor.
      6.  Should sleep in a dark room conditions, at least dimly, because humans are sensitive to light. Sleep in a brightly room makes the brain is difficult to rest. After all the conditions, the hormone melatonin (the hormone to youthful) that the body needs to repair the cell doesn’t work properly.
       7. Although sleep enough, but if you include a diligent snore when sleeping, then sleep you will not be optimal quality, because snoring is a characteristic that stuck oxygen performance. I suggest you treat the disease with gurah therapy or other treatment.
       8.  Try to sleep most nights as 09.00pm.
       9.  Sleep in a state of resignation, sincere, and quiet. Read with a solemn prayer before bed, get rid of anxiety, give it all to God, forgive mistakes people who have hurt you that day, which then let go. Rest assured, tomorrow is definitely better!!!
